The term of this agreement will begin upon your approval into the MEYSPRING Brand Ambassador Program and end when either party terminates. MEYSPRING reserves the right to terminate this agreement, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. 

Conflict of Interest 

In addition, if the artist engages in any business, transaction, or professional activity, or incurs any obligation, which is in substantial Conflict of Interest with our brand, we reserve the right to terminate their Brand Ambassadorship.

Social Media User Generated Content

More details on social media content monthly requirements will be sent upon approval.

We reserve the right to share social media content tagging in or mentioning MEYSPRING products on our website, social media, and selling platforms. We will always credit the artist in the description or photo and provide the link to your social media profile(s) whenever possible.
